Assemble all the required ingredients
Roasted oats powder and milk
Heat butter or oil in a pan and saute' chopped spinach, onion, garlic cloves and black peppercorns...till little soft
allowe it to cool for sometime
Mix roasted oats powder and milk together
Add it to sauteed vegetables and mix well
Now grind this mixture into a smooth puree
Adjust salt according to taste, and add some water to adjust the consistency. Transfer it to pan and let it boil for sometime
Delicious healthy Yummy soup is ready to serve
